* i’m NOT romanticizing or glorifying ANY of these disorders!! again, keyword speculation, i’m not 100% against self dx but i avoid it when it comes to complex disorders :] if i could choose to live a life free of any illness & disability i would. i am very much aware that there is a reason why psychiatrists don’t typically diagnose minors with personality disorders, specifically cluster bs. the reason why i have also listed conduct disorder is because aspd is the only cluster b disorder that absolutely cannot be diagnosed in minors.again, no amount of research i do will ever validate a self-dx so for this reason, i will not be self-dxing and will keep it as speculation until further notice.i will not hear you out if you tell me that i can’t possibly have these disorders because i’m self-aware, because it’s taken me years to gain this awareness in the first place. i was originally not gonna list these at all, with the stigma and all, but i decided that it’s better to let people know :]i know that having cd/aspd doesn’t make me “edgy” & bpd “quirky,” & whether you think it does is not of my concern. i simply want to put an acting label in the meantime. whether my past/current actions, mindset, and personality traits indicate that i have these disorders or not, & if i will continue to present these traits, that is for me to find out if, assuming that i make it past 18 & am not rotting in prison or a mental hospital (plus if i will be able to get screened/evaluated for these disorders in the first place). thanks for reading! :]
